Do Minutes Follow Agenda or Reflect Actual Order of Meeting

Hello,

At our most recent meeting we did not have a quorum before our consent agenda, so we went on to the next item on the agenda and came back to the beginning once we had the quorum. As I type the minutes, should I follow the agenda and note when we had the quorum, or type them in the order that they happened?

Thanks!

I think chronological order is best.

Though I'm not sure what you think you could do without a quorum present. Per RONR, your options are very limited.

There might have been speakers or something of that nature on the agenda. Many organizations also mistakenly believe that reports for information only may be given in the absence of a quorum.

Thank you for your information! I will do the minutes chronologically and note when we had the quorum.
