Guest Xma Posted May 9, 2011 at 02:55 PM Report Share Posted May 9, 2011 at 02:55 PM Our HOA bylaws allow proxies to be delegated for voting at general meetings. The board issues ballots and optional proxies to everyone 15 days before the meeting. Can someone sign a different form designating someone as their proxy? In other words, do you HAVE to use the form issued by the board? The bylaws are silent on this.
jstackpo Posted May 9, 2011 at 02:59 PM Report Share Posted May 9, 2011 at 02:59 PM Your bylaws are "silent"; RONR is also silent and it views proxies with considerable distaste. (See. p. 408)
