Guest Darcie Posted May 11, 2011 at 05:59 PM Report Share Posted May 11, 2011 at 05:59 PM Our bylaws state that "...officers shall be elected by voice vote in the month of May at a duly called meeting of the general membership...." Not much is discussed about nominations in our bylaws, just that "...a notification of elections will be sent home". Can nominations be made on the floor the SAME night as elections are supposed to occur?
