Maitai Posted May 15, 2011 at 01:08 PM Report Share Posted May 15, 2011 at 01:08 PM Hello,We have a meeting today and both the President and VP will not be present. Could someone tell me who is to chair the meeting? Also, could you give me the RR reference? To top things off, I misplaced my book.
hmtcastle Posted May 15, 2011 at 01:15 PM Report Share Posted May 15, 2011 at 01:15 PM We have a meeting today and both the President and VP will not be present. Could someone tell me who is to chair the meeting? Also, could you give me the RR reference? The secretary (or any member if the secretary is also absent) calls the meeting to order and conducts a brief election for a chair pro tem (a temporary presiding officer). See p.437.
