The adjutant, Historian and Chaplain will be appointed by the Commander." My question is do the adjutant, Historian and Chaplain have a vote on the Exe Committee? Regardless of what the organization desires, I would agree with the others here and state that the By-laws should be amended to specifically state whether or not these members have voting rights.
