lyndaschram Posted May 23, 2011 at 12:34 AM Report Share Posted May 23, 2011 at 12:34 AM Our board needs to discuss the passing of 4 past board sessions' minutes each held in executive session and a member discipline problem. Do we call a special meeting of the board and then break into 4 successive executive sessions?

Do we call a special meeting of the board and then break into 4 successive executive sessions? You can conduct the entire meeting in executive session and, in fact, RONR notes that many boards meet exclusively in executive session. But minutes aren't "passed", they're approved. And the only thing to discuss about them would be errors in fact that should be corrected.
