Listing of members' votes in minutes?

Under the Rules should minutes reflect the names of members and how the members voted in a "yea or nea" (roll call?) vote? I believe the movant's name is typically listed, as as well as the member who seconded the motion, but what about the members who then vote for or against the motion? Also, if the names are not listed, is there anything to prohibit a member asking that his or her vote be specifically recorded with his or her vote?

In a roll-call vote, yes, though roll-call votes should be rare. But recording the names of the voters is the whole point of a roll-call vote.

In most instances, the minutes simply record the disposition of the motion (e.g. adopted or lost), not the names of the voters and, usually, not even the number of votes.

And the name of the seconder isn't recorded.

RONR includes sample minutes which might be instructive.
