Items such as club records etc. are in question.Pretty much all RONR (and, therefore, this forum) has to say on the subject is that dissolution involves rescinding the bylaws (and that it's a bit more complicated if you're incorporated).Beyond that you might try Googling and/or asking nearby organizations that are similar to yours.
