Guest louise Posted June 11, 2011 at 03:46 PM Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 at 03:46 PM We are currently in the process of changing and making additions to some of our bylaws, with possibly adding the option of voting by email . . . we currently have no bylaw allowing it or not allowing it.At our last meeting a motion was made that email voting be allowed for a certain situation - everyone at the meeting voted in favour of this and the motion was passed. 1 member was not present at the meeting. Can this be done in a situation like this or would we have to wait until our bylaws were amended?
