Are they allowed to have input and make suggestions on what the NC does even though they can not vote on the NC (nominating committee)?

Chris Harrison Posted June 22, 2011 at 10:19 PM Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 at 10:19 PM How much involvement is permitted per RRO (Roberts Rule of Order) for a nominating committee alternates? But see RONR pp. 585-586 regarding alternates during a convention to see if that might help any.

If an organization desires to have alternates for committees, it should develop its own rules, as the rules for alternates during a convention are unlikely to be suitable for a committee.
