Guest ralph carlo Posted June 26, 2011 at 10:34 AM Report Share Posted June 26, 2011 at 10:34 AM My first Annual meeting of a Homeowners Association and I failed to adjourn or get amotion to adjourn. What should I do? It would be difficult to get everybody together again. We meet regularly Once a year. Last Saturday of June.
David A Foulkes Posted June 26, 2011 at 11:27 AM Report Share Posted June 26, 2011 at 11:27 AM Unless you think the meeting is still ongoing, I think it would be fair to say it has adjourned. Rough guess the time, and have the secretary notate "the meeting was adjourned at X o'clock".As Gary N's father was fond of saying "There's a lot of truth in what actually happens." Your meeting adjourned when everyone left and went home.
