Guest Peggy Posted July 29, 2011 at 11:59 PM Report Share Posted July 29, 2011 at 11:59 PM An individual received several proxies, but is now unable to attend the annual meeting because of illness. He sent the proxies on to someone else who will be in attendance. Must the individuals issue a new proxy in the new attendee's name? Are electronic copies of a proxy form permissible?
