And can a board member have someone sign his name to a letter about an incident that he was not present for?
Chris Harrison Posted August 2, 2011 at 12:48 AM Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 at 12:48 AM Question, can a board call a meeting in reference to the chairman of the board without him being notified of such meeting? No. All Board members have a right to be notified of any Board meetings. If you excluded him from it everything that was done there would be null and void (RONR p. 244e).And can a board member have someone sign his name to a letter about an incident that he was not present for?I don't quite understand your question. Can you please clarify?

Can you please clarify?I don't quite understand it either, but I suspect the answer is "RONR has nothing to say on the subject."
