Guest Art Posted August 8, 2011 at 08:13 PM Report Share Posted August 8, 2011 at 08:13 PM Last month at our meeting we voted on a motion that stated that the vote be a 51% vote. The Executive Board looked at this and after consulting various bylaw forums and RROR it was decided that the vote should be a 2/3 vote based on the fact the vote would change our contract. Does this make the vote null and void since the votes cast were counted as a 2/3 instead of a 51%?
