Guest steve Posted September 12, 2011 at 12:02 AM Report Share Posted September 12, 2011 at 12:02 AM At our previous meeting member of the board voted to change the meeting time from 630 pm to 12pm. However, not all members of our fairly large organization were not there and minutes are not posted. Also, our website was not updated the entire month to revise this meeting time to noon instead of 630. What is proper protocol for this and what should we do to change this. The meeting they had today they decided to have even though we did not have enough members for a quorum. I know that this meeting technically should not have taken place and it was noted. But again, what do we do?

A meeting that does not have a quorum SHOULD still be held; it just can't transact any business.
