jstackpo Posted October 26, 2011 at 03:37 PM Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 at 03:37 PM Since RONR doesn't require an agenda be prepared or sent around at all, any preparation or distribution rules would have to be unique to your organization. If you want to, ask the member what his basis for "thinking" is. Tim Wynn Posted October 26, 2011 at 03:50 PM Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 at 03:50 PM Hello we have a member that thinks he can receive a copy of the agenda is this allowed, it is not clear in Robert Rules bookRONR doesn't prohibit this, unless it was adopted in executive session (secret). An agenda is only the agenda for a particular session after it is adopted in that session. In any event, the nonmember of the board is not entitled to the board's agenda.
