Hello we have a member that thinks he can receive a copy of the agenda is this allowed, it is not clear in Robert Rules book

Since RONR doesn't require an agenda be prepared or sent around at all, any preparation or distribution rules would have to be unique to your organization.

If you want to, ask the member what his basis for "thinking" is.

RONR doesn't prohibit this, unless it was adopted in executive session (secret). An agenda is only the agenda for a particular session after it is adopted in that session.

In any event, the nonmember of the board is not entitled to the board's agenda.
