What supersedes bylaws

The list on p. 84 of RONR - In Brief (2nd Edition), does list law first, but it points out that it is only **applicable** law that applies. For incorporated groups, next-highest is the corporate charter. Then comes the bylaws or constitution (with the constitution higher than the bylaws, if the organization has both.)

Besides state and federal laws and contitution, what supersedes written by laws

Applicable local laws, clearly requisite points in the governing documents of a parent organization, and Articles of Incorporation/Corporate Charter/etc. I think that covers it.

Much like Mr. Wynn, I'm curious as to whether there is something in particular you had in mind.
