Resolution that contradict the constitution

The chair should rule that the resolution is not in order, for the reason stated.

If the chair fails to do so, any member may raise a point of order that the resolution is not in order, for the reason stated.

If the chair rules the point of order not well taken, two members (a mover and a seconder) may Appeal from the decision of the chair.
