Guest Edgar Posted November 17, 2011 at 02:31 AM Report Share Posted November 17, 2011 at 02:31 AM Can you vote on a resignation letter without quorum or on a new member?Nope. You can't do much. You can vote to recess or to adjourn the meeting (either for good or to another date). You can also try to obtain a quorum. That's about it. Guest Spike 105 Posted November 17, 2011 at 02:55 AM Report Share Posted November 17, 2011 at 02:55 AM Do you still mark the members that are at a meeting that does not meet quorum as being in attended to keep their good standings.
jstackpo Posted November 17, 2011 at 03:11 AM Report Share Posted November 17, 2011 at 03:11 AM If attendance is a requirement to maintain "good standing" (not a particularly wise idea) then Yes, they attended.
