No rule in RONR prohibits it.

But with the possible exception of being both President and Vice-President, there is no reason why a person could not hold two positions at the same time.

Strictly speaking, there is no reason a person cannot hold the positions of President and Vice-President at the same time, although such a combination is generally unwise (and pointless if the VP has only the default duties in RONR).

But please note that what RONR has no prescription against is an individual holding more than one office simultaneously. If, as in many organizations, a number of board positions all have the same title, such as trustee, with no other distinctions being made, then it would be inappropriate to hold two such positions at one time.
