Guest Rene' Posted January 16, 2012 at 03:35 AM Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 at 03:35 AM The Boad Constitution/Bylaws state that membership must be made of 12 adults and 2 youth of the organization. The past few years there was been at least 1 adult position open after yearly elections. The question of if the open posiiton can be filled by a youth has been asked more than once. Can the Constitution/Bylaws be suspended to currently fill the open position by a youth while the Board works through the process of updating the Constitution/Bylaws of membership composition of youth and adults? jstackpo Posted January 16, 2012 at 11:21 AM Report Share Posted January 16, 2012 at 11:21 AM But if it appears that filling that vacancy is going to be a perminant problem, you are free to set out to amend the bylaws to reflect contemporary reality.
