Guest Dublin Posted January 24, 2012 at 07:28 PM Report Share Posted January 24, 2012 at 07:28 PM Our Board currently has 7 Members filling 8 positions. One of our members holds 2 positions on the Board,Treasurer and Secretary. Our Bylaws does not state whether or not she has 2 votes or not. It simply outlines the positions that make up our Executive Board. Does this person hold 2 votes when it comes to motions being voted on?
