Guest Kevin Posted February 13, 2012 at 07:27 PM Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 at 07:27 PM Due to time constraints, a number of resolutions at a past meeting would not be able to be entered into debate or passed by the assembly. Therefore, a motion was put forth to move the remaining items en bloc. This motion was defeated, and the following motion was to adjourn the meeting. My question is--are the motions that were attempted to be moved en bloc defeated? Or was it simply the motion to move en bloc defeated and the resolutions still able to be debated at an upcoming meeting? Thanks
George Mervosh Posted February 13, 2012 at 08:01 PM Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 at 08:01 PM We don't know the details of what was defeated, but why can't they be considered at the next meeting regardless?
