Trina Posted February 13, 2012 at 10:23 PM Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 at 10:23 PM The secretary, or, in the absence of the secretary, any member would call the meeting to order.The person who called the meeting to order should then lead the assembly through a brief election for a chair pro tem (temporary presiding officer).
