Required on the demand of one member? No.

But, see p. 487; if the member has enough friends who all show up at a membership meeting, then you will have to "provide" it, by reading it. I trust it isn't incriminating, and no, you cannot edit out the mover or seconder (although the latter name isn't required in minutes in the first place).

However, should this "member" actually be a member of the board, he has a right to see the minutes. ;)
