Tim Wynn Posted February 24, 2012 at 02:19 PM Report Share Posted February 24, 2012 at 02:19 PM Or if they suddenly drop dead, stop counting them.Though debate on an already pending question can be allowed to continue while the paramedics are carrying them out, until a member raises a point on the matter. The chairperson sees there are three memers present and two alternatesRONR doesn't address alternates for committees, so it is unclear what their roles are. Your organization will have to decide, and, with any luck, you'll find that it already has with a provision in the bylaws.can the chairperson decide that the nominating committee will not meet.No. Even it they do not have a quorum, based on your organization's specific rule, the meeting should still take place.
