Steven Britton Posted February 29, 2012 at 10:46 PM Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 at 10:46 PM Yes: If you want to "kill" it without a direct vote or debate, Object To Consideration Of The Question.If you wish to talk about it, before for you "kill" it, move to Postpone Indefinitely.It takes a two-thirds vote in the negative (against consideration) for the former; a majority vote in the affirmative to adopt the latter.
