The motion was seconded and the motion carried unanimously and was added into the minutes.Now after the fact, a member of the House Committee has found that some of their friends' drink prices has risen, because of this motion, and this member wants to rescind the motion or amend it at the next House Committee meeting. Can this be done and what is the proper procedure? ArtI'm not sure what you mean by "correct" the drink prices, but the drink prices can be amended at the next meeting. See RONR (11th ed.), Section 35. It will require any of the following: a two-thirds vote; a majority vote WITH previous notice; or a vote of a majority of the ENTIRE membership.
