Who sets the agenda for a board meeting? The President is who I always thoughtdid this.

The President can, with or without the Secretary's assistance, or the Secretary can. However, any member could. However, until the members accept it, it is only the draft Agenda. As such, it can even be created at the meeting from scratch.

If the meetings generally follow the same format, a standard Order of Business could be created such as found on RONR page 353 ll. 5-15.
