For example, can an organization post their annual meeting to the website rather than printing and sending to each member? Can a vote take place through email communication? jstackpo Posted August 24, 2012 at 11:24 PM Report Share Posted August 24, 2012 at 11:24 PM RONR suggests some limited uses of e-communications on pp. 97 ff.The basic requirement is to put whatever you want to do in your bylaws, otherwise e-meeetings (for example) are not proper.
