Heidi Posted September 20, 2012 at 06:24 PM Report Share Posted September 20, 2012 at 06:24 PM Our organization has an executive commitee made up of 9 people. 4 national officers and 5 ad hoc members.article 7 of our constitution provides for filing of charges against a member who violates expressed portions if our constitution and policy manual. currently 1 ad hoc seat is vacant leaving 8 people to vote. if, when the EC votes on charges there is a tie of 4 yes 4 no 4 how is a tie interpretted/handled?
