Guest MR TIME Posted September 25, 2012 at 02:49 AM Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 at 02:49 AM Can the chair allow non-member visitors to sit in on a general membership meeting. We usually let them in just long enough to state why they are there and then dismiss them.m
Chris Harrison Posted September 25, 2012 at 03:15 AM Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 at 03:15 AM The Chair doesn't have the authority to unilaterally allow a nonmember to stay or order their ejection (except for a case when the nonmember is being disruptive though that order is subject to Appeal by the members). The decision on whether to allow them to stay is the assembly's.
