TucsonToo Posted September 25, 2012 at 06:24 PM Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 at 06:24 PM Our bylaws allow for the immediate past chair to serve an additional two years on the Board, even if they are past their term limits. Can an immediate past chair serve as Treasurer? As for who can serve as an officer, our bylaws only state that all nominees for such offices shall be members of the Board of Trustees.
