jstackpo Posted October 1, 2012 at 03:01 AM Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 at 03:01 AM Although with a Special Meeting, since a full notice has to be given, you already have an agenda, with only one item on it!
Rev Ed Posted October 1, 2012 at 03:38 AM Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 at 03:38 AM Although with a Special Meeting, since a full notice has to be given, you already have an agenda, with only one item on it!Shouldn't that be "with one or more items on it"? A Special meeting may be called to discuss more than one issue, but each issue must be mentioned in the notice for the meeting, thus giving you a quideline of what will be discussed at the meeting.
