Hello all.

We have a core joint health and safety committee (JHSC) group, but have others on the committee.

When we sign in for a meeting anyone who is not 'core' is listed as 'absent' altho in truth, they havne't been invited.

How should I best show the difference between those who were invited or part of the 'core' and didn't attend and those who were not invited?

Thanks so much.

Sandy

RONR doesn't require sign-in sheets or give any direction as to how one should be designed. Also, RONR doesn't require the minutes of a meeting reflect who is at the meeting other than noting the presiding officer and secretary are present (or who was elected as the pro tem if not present). So it will be up to you all to figure out the details.

Are suggestions not allowed in this forum?

Only as they relate to RONR.

But you could try using different colored pens. And/or four columns:

Core Present | Core Absent | Non-Core Present | Non-core Absent.

Or not bother listing anyone at all.

No offense but it ain't rocket science.

Curious ..... these "others" on the committee, who apparently aren't "core" -- they weren't invited to the meeting of the committee of which they are members?
