jstackpo Posted October 4, 2012 at 10:31 AM Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 at 10:31 AM Although if the "project" is not yet completed, you could rescind the motion (not "rescind the vote"), stop the project process, write off the paid-for labor that is yet to be contracted for, and try to sell the supplies to someone else. Guest gardengirl Posted June 20, 2014 at 08:53 PM Report Share Posted June 20, 2014 at 08:53 PM If a vote is taken via speaker phone and the voter did not hear clearly/understand the motion so that he voted YES when moments later, he realized he was confused and wished he had voted NO, is there anything the voter can do to change/recind his vote? The time paseed from the vote to the present time is less than 24 hours. He voted with the majority. No action has been taken on the motion that was approved. jstackpo Posted June 20, 2014 at 09:03 PM Report Share Posted June 20, 2014 at 09:03 PM Gardengirl: Please ask a new question in a new topic/thread (even though it is related to the original question). The board works best that way. Just copy/paste your #4 posting to a fresh start and we'll be watching for it...
