jstackpo Posted January 3, 2013 at 02:13 AM Report Share Posted January 3, 2013 at 02:13 AM Certainly, presuming (which is most likely the case) that the committee member is also a member of the assembly to which he motion is presented.
Tim Wynn Posted January 3, 2013 at 02:40 AM Report Share Posted January 3, 2013 at 02:40 AM If a committee makes a motion can a member of the committee amend the motion when it is presented?Only the assembly can amend a pending motion. However, any member of the assembly can move to amend, which will then require a second for consideration and a majority vote for adoption.
