Chris Harrison Posted January 16, 2013 at 04:43 PM Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 at 04:43 PM Unless the bylaws say otherwise the body is the one that adopts the agenda so when it is up for adoption someone can move to include that item of business in it. Majority rules.
David A Foulkes Posted January 16, 2013 at 04:48 PM Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 at 04:48 PM Our agenda has been approved by the Board Chair,And I disapprove it. So, now....... now we must search your rules and see if they say anything about giving your Board Chair the authority to "approve" the agenda, or me the authority to "disapprove" it. In other words, who (ro what rule) says your Board Chair has anything to say about it at all?
