Guest Edgar Posted February 20, 2013 at 08:38 PM Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 at 08:38 PM The fact that the meeting was held in executive session should not, necessarily, affect your organization's policy of distributing (draft?) copies to the members (of the body that was meeting) prior to their approval.If you're referring to copies of the minutes after they've been approved, there's no need to distribute them at all (but that's the case whether the meeting is held in executive session or not).
