Guest hlilja Posted March 15, 2013 at 01:39 PM Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 at 01:39 PM My question pertains to voting for the board of directors of a condo association. The Board consists of 5 members. Under RRO is a ballot considered illegal if a condo owner votes for fewer (4 or less) than the maximum number (5) on the board? The by-laws do not specifically address my question, and we have been told by the Board that voting is conducted in accordance with RRO.
