Guest Cheryl Tibbits Posted August 9, 2013 at 11:53 PM Report Share Posted August 9, 2013 at 11:53 PM I am on a non profit fairboard. At the meeting last night, the board was voting on some new equipment. I did not feel we had enough information to vote, so I abstained. The town liaison said I needed to explain why I abstained. Did I have to give a reason?

Nothing in RONR requires you to explain your vote.
