Office manager voting rights

The office manager of our NFP Organization manages not only the day-to-day operations but also functions as the secretary and treasurer of the board, recording and publishing meeting minutes and completing and presenting the financial statements. In this role as a hired non elected position would it be feasible to allow voting rights for this individual during board meetings?

If she is a member of the board, she has the right to vote. If not, she doesn't.

Are you making a distinction between "functions as the secretary and treasurer of the board" and BEING the secretary and treasurer ..??

Check your bylaws, minutes and records of elections, voting, etc. to determine exactly who is the secretary and the treasurer. A basic (to me) question is if she is not the secretary and the treasurer, then why aren't the secretary and treasurer doing those duties?
