Guest Floyd Sparks Posted September 17, 2013 at 03:38 PM Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 at 03:38 PM In comittee, we've decided by majority vote, not to bring to membership a piece of business which had previously been voted out of our contract. It has now come to my attention that this piece of business will be brought before the membership at the next monthly group meeting. Don't know if a person outside the comittee is bringing the question or a member of the comittee. My undrstanding is that if a comittee person is bringing the question it is inappropriate and out of order. Is this a breach of comittee and parlimentary procedure in either case? Your understanding is mistaken. Is this a breach of comittee and parlimentary procedure in either case? No.
