I am one of five directors for a hunt club set up as a non profit. My position is only a director can I call a meeting or does it have to b called from the president for example ? jstackpo Posted September 23, 2013 at 04:08 AM Report Share Posted September 23, 2013 at 04:08 AM And the bylaws themselves should (usually) specify when regular meetings of the board (and the general membership) are to take place. At lease annually, one would hope.
