At a recent meeting a motion was made and seconed and after discussion the vote was taken and passed. Can an opposing side who voted against that meetings motion then make another motion at the following months meeting to defeat the motion that had already carried (passed)?

Any member may move to Rescind the adopted motion. The motion to Rescind requires a 2/3 vote, a vote of a majority of the entire membership, or a majority vote with previous notice.
