Josh Martin Posted October 11, 2013 at 08:34 PM Report Share Posted October 11, 2013 at 08:34 PM How does a member of a board officially request information that another board member possesses so that the entire board has knowledge? The appropriate motion is aptly titled Request for Information. The details vary a bit depending on whether you're asking the question of a member who is currently speaking in debate. See RONR, 11th ed., pgs. 294-295 for more information.

Josh Martin Posted October 11, 2013 at 08:47 PM Report Share Posted October 11, 2013 at 08:47 PM This would apply to documents received in the name of a club/organization also? Sure. Wait... to clarify, do you mean asking a question about the documents, or do you actually want the documents themselves?

Josh Martin Posted October 12, 2013 at 02:26 AM Report Share Posted October 12, 2013 at 02:26 AM We would like to view the documents themselves I see.
