resolutions

Our new homeowners association board insisted our bylaws state that board meeting dates AND creation of committees be handled by resolutions.

Question: How do we later on change or eliminate what was created in those resolutions? Another resolution?

Can't say without seeing the exact text of the board's "insistence" and the bylaws.

NO!  Please on't post them here.  We do RONR which is quite enough, thank you, not association bylaws.  What your bylaws "really mean" is up to your association (not just the board) to figure out - see p. 588 ff.
