A member obtains recognition and moves "That the vote be taken by roll call." The motion requires a majority vote for adoption unless your rules provide otherwise - and if this is an assembly which intends to use roll call votes, the assembly should adopt a rule permitting a minority of a specified size to order a roll call vote.
