Josh Martin Posted November 15, 2013 at 04:17 PM Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 at 04:17 PM At a board meeting a board member was invited to speak on a topic, but was actually there to speak and give opinion on a different matter. Is the misconduct? The topic's title seems to suggest that a board member invited a guest under false pretenses, but your post suggests that the board invited a board member to speak, which makes no sense, as board members don't need an invitation to speak at a board meeting - they have a right to speak. Please clarify.
