Guest Karen Quinn Posted November 20, 2013 at 09:32 PM Report Share Posted November 20, 2013 at 09:32 PM We will need to appointment a replacement Board Member at our next meeting. I will attend the beginning of the meeting but won't be there for the vote. May I leave my recommendation in the form of a vote prior to leaving the meeting, or must I be present during the actual vote?
Guest Edgar Posted November 20, 2013 at 09:41 PM Report Share Posted November 20, 2013 at 09:41 PM You must be present to vote but the assembly could move the election closer to the beginning of the meeting (which is what RONR advises anyway, lest the process take longer than expected).
